Will completed his undergraduate degree at Bishop's University in Lennoxville Quebec in 1988, graduated from the University of Windsor Law School in 1993 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1995. Will is a partner at MacDonald & Partners LLP and practices in all areas of family law.
Will’s attention to detail and thorough preparation of materials used in litigation, mediation or arbitration has proven invaluable in obtaining favourable results for the firm’s clients.  Will makes every effort to resolve matters efficiently, fairly and without having to resort to litigation.  There are times when there is no option other than litigation and Will is very thorough and persuasive for his client’s in court.
Will has spoken to different professional organizations on various aspects of family law and been a guest speaker at the Canadian Bar Association.  He is a contributing author to the many books written by MacDonald & Partners LLP on various family law subjects.

Will is an avid skier and spends weekends in the winter at Craigleith Ski Club.
